Petition for removal of sexually violent predator designation

A proceeding seeking to remove a person's designation as a sexually violent predator may be
initiated by the filing of a petition by the person so designated in the original sentencing
court. The petition shall set forth that the underlying qualifying conviction has been reversed
or vacated. Upon receipt of proof that no qualifying conviction exists, the court shall enter
an order directing the removal of the designation. e
