Retroactive effect of amendments

Amendments made to the provisions of this article during the regular session of the
Legislature in the year 1984, shall be of retroactive effect to the extent that such amended
provisions shall apply to all cases pending before the West Virginia Legislative Claims
Commission on the effective date of the act of the Legislature which effects such
amendment. e
