West Virginia Code § 14-2A-1

Short title

The act heretofore created by this article and known and cited as the "West Virginia Crime
Reparation Act of 1981" shall henceforth be known and cited as the "West Virginia Crime
Victims Compensation Act." Any and all funds existing under the West Virginia crime
reparation act of 1981 shall continue for the purposes set forth in this article,
notwithstanding the amendments to the name of the act or a redesignation eof the special
revenue fund in the state Treasury as herein provided.
