Severability

If any one or more provisions of this article or the applicability thereof to any persons or
circumstances are ever held by a final decision of a court of competent jurisdiction to be
invalid, such invalidity shall not affect any other provision or provisions, application or
applications of this article, and to this end, the provisions of this article are declared to be
severable. e
