Notice of all bond elections shall be given by publication, within fourteen consecutive days next preceding the date of the election, of the order provided for in section four of this article as a Class II-O legal advertisement in compliance with the provisions of article three, chapter fifty-nine of this code, and the publication area for such publication shall be the political division in which the election is to be held. e
