Files and records to be kept by Attorney General

The Attorney General shall keep on file in his office the papers pertaining to any bond issue
submitted to him and shall record his findings of approval or disapproval in a well-bound
book kept for that purpose in his office, which shall be open for inspection by anyone in
interest during business hours.
