warrant and check or electronic funds transfer. The treasurer shall draw no check on any depository unless there is money enough in the depository to the credit of the treasury to pay the check when duly presented for payment. No depository holding money to the credit of the treasury shall pay out the same, or any part thereof, except upon a check of the treasurer endorsed on a warrant of the Aeuditor authorizing a check or a duly authorized electronic funds transfer drawn in place of such check. r
