(a) The provisions of sections twenty-six and twenty-seven of this article shall not apply to the expenditure of amounts appropriated for the use of the Legislature or for the judiciary. (b) In the case of appropriations made for the Legislature, the Clerk of the House of Delegates or the clerk of the Senate shall present his or her requisition directly to the Auditor. (c) In the case of appropriations made for the judiciary, the clerk of the court shall present his or her requisition or claim directly to the Auditor. u (d) In the case of appropriations made for criminal charges, the clerk or the proper officer shall present his or her claim directly to the Auditor.
