Authority to participate in multistate negotiations

For the purposes of reviewing and/or amending the agreement embodying the simplification
requirements as contained in section seven of this article, the state shall enter into
multistate discussions. For purposes of such discussions, the state shall be represented by
no more than four delegates, two of whom shall be appointed by the President of the Senate
and the Speaker of the House of Delegates. The other two delegates shall bee the secretary of
tax and revenue and the Tax Commissioner, or their respective designees.
