Cooperation with private nonprofit corporations

(a) In furtherance of its mission and fulfillment of its duties, the authority is expressly
authorized to allow its employees to work with, and its property and facilities to be used by,
private nonprofit corporations established for the sole purpose of providing support for
public broadcasting in this state.
(b) To document the implementation of subsection (a) of this section, the authority shall
enter into memoranda of understanding with private nonprofit corporations established for
the sole purpose of providing support for public broadcasting in this state, to delineate the
rights and responsibilities of the parties. u
(c) Notwithstanding any provision in this code to the contrary, the names of individual
donors to the authority or to a private nonprofit corporation established for the sole purpose
of providing support for public broadcasting in this state are not subject to the provisions of
chapter twenty-nine-b of this code.
