The definitions in this section apply throughout this chapter unless the context clearly requires otherwise. (1) "Department" means the department of ecology. (2) "Lead agency" has the same meaning as defined in RCW 90.82.060. (3) "Water resource inventory area" or "WRIA" means a water resource inventory area established in chapter 173-500 WAC as it existed on January 19, 2018. [ 2018 c 1 s 201.]
