(1) A vessel dealer must have and maintain an office in which to conduct business at the business address of the dealer. (2) The vessel dealer's place of business must be identified by an exterior sign with the business name. In the absence of other identifiers that the business conducted is a marine business, the sign must identify the nature of the business, such as marine sales, service, repair, or manufacturing.
