Any certification may be revoked or suspended: (1) For any material false statement in the application or in the supplemental or additional statements of fact or studies required of the applicant when a true answer would have warranted the council's refusal to recommend certification in the first instance; or (2) For failure to comply with the terms or conditions of the original certification; or (3) For violation of the provisions of this chapter, regulations issued thereunder or order of the council.
