(1) The commission shall establish a policy and procedures for supervising and evaluating community restitution activities that may be imposed under *RCW 70A.200.060(3) including a description of what constitutes satisfactory completion of community restitution. (2) The commission shall inform each state park of the policy and procedures regarding community restitution activities, and each state park shall then notify the commission as to whether or not the park elects to participate in the community restitution program. The commission shall transmit a list notifying the district courts of each state park that elects to participate.
