Cooperative agreements

The department with regard to state forestlands and state lands is hereby authorized to enter into cooperative agreements with the United States of America, Indian tribes, and private owners of timberland providing for coordinated forest management, including time, rate, and method of cutting timber and method of silvicultural practice on a sustained yield unit.
