(1) The facility shall provide adequate administrative support to efficiently meet the needs of residents and facilitate attainment of the facility's goals and objectives. (2) The facility shall: (a) Document the purchasing process; (b) Adequately operate the inventory control system and stockroom; (c) Have appropriate storage facilities for all supplies and surplus equipment; and (d) Train and assist personnel to do purchase, supply, and property control functions.
