Subject to the availability of amounts appropriated for this specific purpose, beginning June 1, 2025, the department shall annually report on the status of: (1) The long-term care worker supply; (2) The average wages of long-term care workers compared to entry-level positions in other industries; (3) Projections of service demands; (4) Geographic disparities in the supply of long-term care workers; and (5) Any race, gender, or other worker demographic data available through preexisting administrative data sources.
