(1) The authority shall contract with one or more behavioral health administrative services organizations to carry out the duties and responsibilities set forth in this chapter and chapter 71.05 RCW to provide crisis services to assigned regional service areas. (2) For clients eligible for medical assistance under chapter 74.09 RCW, the authority shall contract with one or more managed care organizations as set forth in RCW 71.24.380 and 74.09.871 to provide medically necessary physical and behavioral health services.
