The definitions in this section apply throughout this chapter unless the context clearly requires otherwise. (1) "Center" means the Washington center for sustainable food management. (2) "Department" means the department of ecology. (3) "Organic material" has the same definition as provided in RCW 70A.205.015. (4) "Plan" means the use food well Washington plan developed under RCW 70A.205.715.
