In addition to the unprofessional conduct specified in RCW 18.235.130, the following conduct, acts, or conditions constitute unprofessional conduct for which disciplinary action may be taken: (1) Destruction of any ticket or ticket stub, whether sold or unsold, within three months after the date of any event, by any promoter or person associated with or employed by any promoter. (2) The deliberate cutting of himself or herself or other self mutilation by a wrestling participant while participating in a wrestling event. (3) A conviction under chapter 69.50 RCW. (4) Testing positive for illegal use of a controlled substance as defined in RCW 69.50.101. (5) The striking of any person that is not a licensed participant at a wrestling event.
