(Effective until January 1, 2028.) Governing documents of associations within cities subject to the middle housing requirements in RCW 36.70A.635 that are created after July 23, 2023, may not actively or effectively prohibit the construction, development, or use of additional housing units as required in RCW 36.70A.635.
