(1) All repairs and replacements made under a qualified warranty must be warranted by the qualified warranty against defects in materials and labor until the later of: (a) The first anniversary of the date of completion of the repair or replacement; or (b) The expiration of the applicable qualified warranty coverage. (2) All repairs and replacements made under a qualified warranty must be completed in a reasonable manner using materials and labor conforming to the building code and industry standards.
