Ten-year structural defects warranty

The minimum coverage for the structural defects warranty is ten years for: (1) Any defect in materials and labor that results in the failure of a load-bearing part of the condominium; and (2) Any defect which causes structural damage that materially and adversely affects the use of the condominium for residential occupancy.
