Conversion condominium notice

(Effective until January 1, 2028.) A declarant of a conversion condominium, and any dealer who intends to offer units in such a condominium, must provide a conversion condominium notice of the conversion to the Washington state housing finance commission no later than 120 days before the residential tenants and any residential subtenant in possession of a portion of a conversion condominium are required to vacate.
