Washington Code § 58.19.265

Violations—Remedies—Attorneys' fees

(Effective until January 1, 2028.) If a developer, or any other person subject to this chapter, fails to comply with any provision of this chapter, any person or class of persons adversely affected by the failure to comply may seek appropriate relief through an action for damages or an injunctive court order. The court, in an appropriate case, may award attorneys' fees.
