For qualified health plans offered on the exchange, a carrier shall: (1) Accept payments for enrollee premiums or cost-sharing assistance under RCW 43.71.110 or as part of a sponsorship program under RCW 43.71.030(4). Nothing in this subsection expands or restricts the types of sponsorship programs authorized under state and federal law; (2) Clearly communicate premium assistance amounts to enrollees as part of the invoicing and payment process; and (3) Accept and process enrollment and payment data transferred by the exchange in a timely manner.
