The definitions set forth in this section apply throughout this chapter. (1) "Right-of-way" means the area of land designated for transportation purposes. (2) "Airspace" means the space above and below the gradeline of all highways, roads, and streets, and the area alongside the traveled way and within approved right-of-way lines.
