Washington Code § 47.01.091

Advisory councils

The secretary shall establish such advisory councils as are necessary to carry out the purposes of this title, and to insure adequate public participation in the planning and development of transportation facilities. Members of such councils shall serve at the pleasure of the secretary and may receive per diem and necessary expenses, in accordance with RCW 43.03.050 and 43.03.060, as now or hereafter amended.
