(1) A transportation network company shall not, unless based upon a bona fide occupational qualification, refuse to contract with or terminate the contract of a driver based upon age, sex, marital status, sexual orientation, gender expression or gender identity, race, creed, religious belief or affiliation, color, national origin, citizenship or immigration status, families with children, honorably discharged veteran or military status, the presence of any sensory, mental, or physical disability, the use of a trained guide dog or service animal by a person with a disability, or any other protected class under RCW 49.60.010. (2) Drivers shall have all rights and remedies available under chapter 49.60 RCW solely to enforce this section.
