Drivers—Prohibited activities

A driver may not: (1) Solicit or accept a trip request to provide network services other than a trip request arranged through a transportation network company's digital network; (2) Provide network services for more than 14 consecutive hours in a 24-hour period; or (3) Allow any other individual to use that driver's access to a transportation network company's digital network.
