Washington Code § 43.20A.310

Vocational rehabilitation, powers and duties of secretary or designee

In addition to his or her other powers and duties, the secretary or his or her designee, shall have the following powers and duties: (1) To prepare, adopt and certify the state plan for vocational rehabilitation; (2) With respect to vocational rehabilitation, to adopt necessary rules and regulations and do such other acts not forbidden by law necessary to carry out the duties imposed by state law and the federal acts; (3) To carry out the aims and purposes of the acts of congress pertaining to vocational rehabilitation.
