The Washington association of sheriffs and police chiefs may adopt policies and procedures for the administration of the 24/7 sobriety program to: (1) Provide for procedures and apparatus for testing; (2) Establish fees and costs for participation in the program to be paid by the participants; (3) Require the submission of reports and information by law enforcement agencies within this state.
