Decree of dissolution

(1) If, after a hearing, the court determines that one or more grounds for judicial dissolution described in RCW 24.03A.936 exist, then it may enter a decree dissolving the nonprofit corporation and specifying the effective date of the dissolution, and the clerk of the court shall deliver a certified copy of the decree to the secretary of state, who shall file it. (2) After entering a decree of dissolution, the court shall direct the winding up and liquidation of the nonprofit corporation's affairs in accordance with RCW 24.03A.914 and the notification of claimants in accordance with RCW 24.03A.918 and 24.03A.920.
