(1) A registered foreign nonprofit corporation may be served with any process, notice, or demand required or permitted by law by serving its registered agent. (2) Service upon a registered foreign nonprofit corporation made by serving its registered agent, or service on the registered foreign nonprofit corporation in the absence of a registered agent, is governed by chapter 23.95 RCW.
