(1) Service upon a nonprofit corporation of any process, notice, or demand required or permitted by law may be made by serving the nonprofit corporation's registered agent. (2) Service upon a nonprofit corporation made by serving the nonprofit corporation's registered agent, or service on the nonprofit corporation in the absence of a registered agent, is governed by chapter 23.95 RCW.
