Previous Next RCW 69.50.455 Synthetic cannabinoids—Unfair or deceptive practice under RCW 19.86.020. (1) It is an unfair or deceptive practice under RCW 19.86.020 for any person or entity to distribute, dispense, manufacture, display for sale, offer for sale, attempt to sell, or sell to a purchaser any product that contains any amount of any synthetic cannabinoid. The legislature finds that practices covered by this section are matters vitally affecting the public interest for the purpose of applying the consumer protection act, chapter 19.86 RCW. Violations of this section are not reasonable in relation to the development and preservation of business. (2) "Synthetic cannabinoid" includes any chemical compound identified in RCW 69.50.204(c)(30) [(3)(dd)] or by the pharmacy quality assurance commission under RCW 69.50.201.
