A circuit court may exercise all the powers conferred by §§ 64.2-1405, 64.2-1406, 64.2-1407, and 64.2-1412 in a suit pending to enforce or administer the trust. Code 1919, § 6302; Code 1950, § 26-52; 2012, c. 614.
