Except as set forth in § 6.2-428, the provisions of §§ 6.2-424 through 6.2-430 shall not apply to any credit card issued by any telephone company that is subject to supervision or regulation by the Commission. 1970, c. 324, § 11-34; 1990, c. 587; 2010, c. 794.
