Any person who conducts a gaming operation without first obtaining a license to do so, or who continues to conduct such games after revocation of his license, in addition to other penalties provided, shall be subject to a civil penalty assessed by the Board equal to the amount of gross receipts derived from wagering on games, whether unauthorized or authorized, conducted on the day, as well as confiscation and forfeiture of all casino gaming equipment, devices, and supplies used in the conduct of unauthorized games. Any civil penalties collected pursuant to this section shall be payable to the State Treasurer for deposit to the general fund. 2020, cc. 1197, 1248.
