Any person, although not engaged in a race or exhibition driving as defined in § 46.2-865, who aids or abets any such race or exhibition driving is guilty of a Class 1 misdemeanor. 1968, c. 575, § 46.1-191.1; 1989, c. 727; 2025, c. 648.
