Policies issued under this chapter shall not insure any liability of the employer on account of bodily injury to, or death of, an employee of the insured for which benefits are payable under any workers' compensation law. Code 1950, § 46-496; 1958, c. 541, § 46.1-508; 1989, c. 727.
