The Board or authorized representatives of the Board may examine, during the posted business hours, the records required to be maintained by this chapter. If a licensee is found to have violated this chapter or any order of the Board, the cost of the examination as established by the Board shall be paid by the licensee so examined within 30 days after demand therefor by the Board. 1988, c. 865, § 46.1-547.3; 1989, c. 727; 1995, cc. 767, 816; 2024, c. 86.
