It is the duty and responsibility of the Department to see that every mine rescue team is properly trained by a qualified instructor of the Department or another person who has a certificate of training from the Department or MSHA. 1997, c. 390, § 45.1-161.292:41; 2021, Sp. Sess. I, c. 387.
