For purposes of this title, this chapter and Chapters 14 (§ 45.2-1400 et seq.) and 15 (§ 45.2-1500 et seq.) shall be known as the Mineral Mine Safety Act. 1997, c. 390, § 45.1-161.292:1; 2021, Sp. Sess. I, c. 387.
