It shall be unlawful for any applicant for a banquet, special events, or mixed beverage special events license pursuant to § 4.1-206.3 to knowingly make a false statement in order to secure a license or to alter, change, borrow, or lend or attempt to use, borrow, or lend a license. Any person violating this provision shall be guilty of a Class 3 misdemeanor. 2002, c. 104; 2020, cc. 1113, 1114.
