A nonstock corporation may enter into contracts with similar nonstock corporations or foreign companies for the interchange of services to those included in subscription contracts and may provide in subscription contracts for the substitution of the services instead of those recited in subscription contracts. 1980, c. 682, § 38.1-905; 1986, c. 562.
