Service of any notice, proof of loss, legal process or other communication relating to the policy or any notice or order of the Commission shall be made upon the residual market facility by service upon the residual market facility's manager, or any duly appointed assistant manager. 1973, c. 451, § 38.1-748.1; 1986, c. 562.
