A. The principal office of the authority shall be within the boundaries of Planning District 4. All records of the authority shall be kept at such office. B. The title to all property of every kind belonging to the authority shall be titled to the authority and shall be held for the benefit of its members. 2021, Sp. Sess. I, cc. 353, 354.
