A. It is unlawful to: 1. Sell or offer to sell any liming material unless it complies with provisions of this chapter; 2. Sell or offer for sale liming material that contains toxic materials in quantities injurious to plants or animals; and 3. Hinder or obstruct in any way the Commissioner in the performance of his official duties. B.
