As used in this title, unless the context requires a different meaning: "Board" means the Board of Agriculture and Consumer Services. "Commissioner" means the Commissioner of Agriculture and Consumer Services. "Department" means the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services. 2008, c. 860.
